Child Arrangements

Whether as part of a divorce or as part of modern life, we assist many clients with issues arising in relation to their children. We always seek to minimise conflict and we always look to resolve matters amicably and by Consent where possible.

An amicable resolution is not always possible and where matters are contentious then we prepare and present your position in a robust manner whilst maintaining a focus on the best outcome for the child.

Our links to a network of Barristers allows us to direct you to an appropriate advocate to present your position in Court if this is something you require.
